Whiff of Joy challenge #74

Here's a card I created with a background stamp of the GORGEOUS Whiff of Joy april kit - Scheherazade (1001 nights). Don't you just love this kit? I really think it's amazing. Everytime I think the WOJ stamps just can't get any better and everytime they just proof me wrong!

This stunning background stamps deserved to be on a card all by itself to show of how gorgeous it really is! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it.

For my card I followed the sketch on the 'Whiff of Joy' challenge blog. I loved it!! I flipped the sketch and it worked perfectly with this image.
The papers I used are really busy (as is my live these days, lol), but I think it works. I used gold embossing powder on the swirls and LOVE how they turned out.

Don't forget to check out the WOJ challenge blog this week for a chance to win the ENTIRE kit!!! How's that for a amazing prize!

Recipe:

Papers: Basic Grey - Marrakech

Stamp: Whiff of Joy
Colour medium: Copic Sketch Markers

Embellishments: Shimmer dots; Papermania, Embossing powder; Zing
Tools: Swirl; Marianne Design Creatables, Nestabilities; Spellbinders

Thanks for stopping by,

xx

This card is absolutely, totally stunning! I love how you let the papers stand out, how they look like a magic carpet and how you picked up the bold colours from the papers for the castle. Wow. Simply - wow.
