Hiya girls, here I am with another cute Inky Impressions card, isn't she the cutest? I'm SO lovin' the expression on her face, CUTE!!
For this card I used this weeks fabulous SCS sketch, sketch 233. I'm also entering this card into this weeks 'Simon Says Stamp' challenge, which is to make a birthday card because this week is the first birthday of the 'Simon Says Stamp' blog! CONGRATULATIONS Heidi! I'm also entering this card into this weeks 'Charisma Cardz' challenge which is 'Diamonds are a girls best friend' and everybody knows how much I love sparkle!
I decided to cut of LiLi's legs for this card (OM that sounds so weird, but you girls know what I mean, right? lol) so she would fit the sketch better.
I cut her out with my oval nesties and then layered her on a scalloped oval piece of cardstock that I cut with a scalloped oval nestie and then I used the largest oval nestie and cut an oval out of the DP and used my scissors to cut of the embossed border (so the next layer would show ->), then I cut another oval out of the cardstock, again, with the largest oval nestie.
I used foam tape to stick the scalloped piece of paper onto the oval piece of DP. Then I used another piece of foam tape to tape the entire thing onto the card.
